The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing the company's strategy for talent acquisition/recruitment that are aligned with the company's current and future business strategies. Responsible for departmental oversight of the heath system's centralized recruitment function - the Talent Recruitment Center (TRC) to include creating departmental objectives overall department leadership and budgeting. Plans and administers RHSs employment recruitment and transfer programs to achieve organizational objectives and comply with applicable policies and procedures. Collaborates directly with senior leaders on staffing needs. Develops innovative recruitment strategies directing and planning RHS participation in career fairs college recruitment drives and open house opportunities for applicants. Leads a team that develops sourcing strategies and recruiting plans presents pre-qualified top candidates to hiring managers and develops/negotiates offers with candidates. Selects trains develops coaches and evaluates team members. Ensures hiring managers experience expert timely and customer-focused integrated recruitment services from the assigned team. Compiles and monitors recruitment statistics vacancy and turnover reports and sets benchmarks and goals to ensure success and action plans as needed.
Education: Requires Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field. Graduate degree or work preferred.
Experience: Requires a minimum of five (5) years of direct leadership experience and a minimum of seven (7) years of recruiting experience, including developing recruitment plans, sourcing strategy and recruitment data analysis. Experience in healthcare recruitment highly preferred.
Certifications: Certified Health Care Recruiter (CHCR) highly preferred. Human Resources certification desirable (SPHR/PHR).
