    Patriots Colony is looking for an experienced RN or LPN to lead their team! 

     

    Works under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Supervises and directs nursing services on one or more units in a facility. Evaluates plans implements and executes resident care and directs all activities in order to provide quality service. Maintains close contact with residents families and staff while coordinating nursing services with all other disciplines. Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Education:  RN or LPN Diploma/Transcripts required.  LPN candidate would be required to continue their education to become an RN.

    Experience: Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience required.

    Certification/ Licensure: BLS Card required (within 30 days of hire). Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Virginia.
