The Member Service Manager works under the joint supervision of the Director of Clinical Wellness Development and the Facilities Director. The role will work with the internal sales team to cultivate grow and maintain both current member relationships as well as engage new members through corporate and community relationships. The Member Services Manager works with the Directors of the Riverside Wellness and Fitness Centers to hire train and schedule all member service associates. Furthermore the role of Member Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the Massage Therapy staff and all responsibilities pertaining to management of that team. Additionally the role is responsible for maintaining work quality staff morale in adherence to RHS policies and guidelines. The Member Services Manager is the lead for internal and external marketing within the Riverside Wellness and Fitness Center facilities. Works with the corporate marketing team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that will engage the market place. The role helps to better drive the relationship between the Centers Riverside Health System and the community as a whole.
Education: Some college preferred, high school degree or equivalent required.
Certification: Heart Saver AED/CPR required within 30 days of start date.
Experience: At least year of member services experience preferred.
