Works under the supervision of the Office Manager / Department Designee. Provides a variety of general administration and reception duties utilizes computer systems including Microsoft Word Outlook Ultracare Excel and other systems as needed. Answers switchboard and directs calls to the appropriate staff. Greets and directs all visitors and guests to resident areas or other areas of the facility.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of one year secretarial/administrative experience required. Efficient in Microsoft office products required.
