This opportunity is for a Certified Nursing Assistant for our Hampton Rehab team. This Department of Riverside Convalescent Center- Hampton provides outstanding care to patients with excellent patient quality of care outcomes. The selected Certified Nursing Assistant will be part of a team that works in a supportive and collaborative culture that with others, provides competent and compassionate care to all patients and their families.
Works under the supervision of Nursing Manager Supervisor RN LPN and is ultimately responsible to the Director and the Assistant Director of Nursing as applicable. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs tasks essential to the direct care of the resident according to facility policy and procedures. May perform other duties assigned.

Education: Nursing Assistant/Aid Certificate required ONLY for new CNA grads within 120 days of program completion.
Experience: Have successfully completed a state board approved nursing assistant program which includes a competency evaluation acceptable-the board of nursing.
Licensure/Certifications: Have never had a finding of abuse, neglect or misappropriation of patient property entered on the Nurse Aide Registry. BLS required (within 30 day of hire). Standard First Aid required (within 30 days of hire) for Assisted Living/Memory Support units only.
