Responsibilities

The Education and Contracts Scheduling Liaison works under the supervision of the Education and Contract Coordinator providing support and assistance in the day to day operations within the department. Works under the direction of the department Director to initiate maintain and report on RHS non-employee contracts and student files to include processing criminal background checks employment verifications and assigning mandatory training tutorial; verifying that all clinical students are in compliance according to Riverside Health System's policies and procedures. Works with and orients facility scheduling liaisons to accommodate external students in clinical areas. Responsible for scheduling students with the appropriate preceptor according to program of study. Responsible for the processing and placement of all RHS shadowing requests records maintenance and data integrity.

Qualifications

Education:

- High School diploma is required.

- Additional business courses or business school graduate preferred.

Experience:

- Two years general office related experiencce required.

- Contract experience and familiarity with an integrated student information database are an asset.
