Works under the supervision of the Food Production Manager Sous Chef and is ultimately responsible to the Director of Dinning Services. Performs all sanitation duties in the Dining Services Department in accordance with the Virginia Health Department and other regulatory agency standards. Operates and maintains all equipment and supplies necessary to perform sanitation duties.

Education: High School diploma / GED preferred. Must be able to read, write English and understand spoken English. Must be able to perform and understand basic math.
Experience: 1 year of previous work experience preferred.
Certifcation: Local food handlers card.
Hours: Vary between 6:30 am to 8:30 pm
