This position oversees and implements a broad range of sales and marketing activities to achieve volume and growth targets for Riverside Lifelong Health Division. Leads, plans, develops, organizes, and implements an effective sales marketing community outreach/education and growth strategy resulting in increased referrals to Lifelong Health facilities community-based programs and outpatient programs. Works closely and collaboratively with the Riverside Corporate Marketing and Communications team on the development of web site content earned media program-specific collaterals and advertising materials to support division growth strategies and annual commitments. Aligns strategies and works closely with Lifelong Health leadership and program-specific sales teams throughout the division. Successfully defines and manages sales processes sales related data and KPI's ongoing sales training and implements CRM processes for Lifelong Health. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Lifelong Health and works closely with the Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for Riverside Health System.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Health Services Management, Business Administration or related field required.
- MHA/MBA preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in planning and marketing, public relations, or sales in healthcare preferred.
- Must possess valid Virginia Driver's license and acceptable driving record.
