The Manager oversees daily operations and is responsible departmental budget to include revenues expenses and net gain for Private Duty. The Manager also supervises both clinical and non-clinical staff to include performance management and employee relations. Ensures that departmental services are coordinated with other the organization services and corporate plans. Develops and administers an annual fiscal plan. Works under the supervision of the System Director Nursing & Clinical Operations. Responsible for implementing and evaluatingevidence based policieis and procedures for resident care areas within the Lifelong Health Division. Provides training and education mock and survey support quality monitoring investigative and technical support for assigned facilities.
